Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of online courses, all course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Annual Subscriptions
This applies to all annual subscription plans.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
Users may cancel automatic renewal at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
3. Marketplace Products
Refund requests for physical products must be handled directly between the customer and the supplier, according to the supplier’s own refund policy.
Growth Era is not responsible for supplier refund decisions.
4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If a duplicate or unauthorized payment is verified, Growth Era will review the case and process a refund if applicable.
